Objectives:
Participant will 1) understand how depression affects one’s thoughts and emotions 2) explore how one’s depression affects self and others 3) process dynamics that come up in the “here and now” 4) learn strategies to ward off and alleviate depressive symptoms 5) explore building upon resources to conquer depression
Fee: 280,000 won (receipts can be provided as needed)
