DaHyun is an incredibly good therapist. She is easy to talk to, friendly, and understanding. She takes a personalized, legitamate interest in her patients unlike many others, which made me feel much more comfortable talking about deep-rooted issues I usually don’t bother bringing up. Can’t recommend her enough! -Anonymous-

I was in desperate need of a therapist at short notice and was glad to find someone who I could not only speak in English with but was someone who was willing to listen to me and help me face my day.  -Anonymous-

This therapist is very compassionate. She’s a good listener with plenty of questions to help you along and feedback that you can work off of when go your way. Highly recommended!-Anonymous-

My therapist made it easy for me to open up to her. She was a very good listener, and I felt a lot of support every time I went to therapy. She gave a lot of good advice.-Anonymous-

Attentive, focused therapy from an intelligent and invested bicultural counsellor is hard to find. Dahyun brings peace and perspective to the nuanced struggles and overwhelming aspects of life in modern Seoul, by using talk therapy advancements, and current EMDR techniques and the latest updates to attachment styles. She is a rare find in a city and culture that is belately discovering the value of reaching outward for good help. -Anonymous-

I struggled during my time in Seoul with divorce and depression. Dahyun’s gentle guidance helped me work through these issues and confront past trauma. I would highly recommend her services, especially to foreigners living in Korea.  -Pam (pseudonym) from the US-

I had been living through a sustained crisis and reached out when life became unliveable. DaHyun provided a safe space to help me identify and confront my issues when I felt like I had nowhere else to go. She was kind, empathetic, firm, and respectful. She helped me to get my life to a more liveable place where I could build and maintain healthy relationships, recognize and enforce personal boundaries, and function in both my work and my life. I still have a long ways to go on my path towards healing, but thank you for seeing in me what could be; I am now that and so much more. -Anonymous-

I met Dr. Chun, when I was in a very difficult place in my life. I had just moved to a completely foreign country, had to take care of 2 kids and faced a strong relapse into a bipolar depression again. Then I met Dr. Chun and with a lot of hard work I managed to find my way back into life. A life that was finally again worth living, because she changed the way I see myself today. Without judging me and with a warm welcoming heart, she cracked my self-doubt and low self-esteem – I can without any doubt in my mind say – that I can accept myself and my condition better today. It was a home far away from home. Thank you for restoring my wings again. -Anonymous-

DaHyun was a wonderful therapist to me and a huge help in getting to the bottom of my anxiety and depressive moods. She is warm and caring, and at the same time professional and deliberate in asking questions and in offering advice. After a few months, I felt much better overall and better equipped to deal with my problems on my own. I would wholeheartedly recommend DaHyun to any friend who is struggling emotionally -Kate (pseudonym) from the US-

DaHyun is patient, unpretentious, and brings neither syrup nor drama to the important conversations she leads.  She’s a superb listener whose attentive note-taking permits her to reprise sessions after long gaps as if it were only yesterday. Honest, non-judgmental, and not looking to apply grand theories; simply an excellent listener. -Nick from the US-
